HM Queen Margrethe II: King Constantine of Greece's 70th Birthday Party

Queen Margrethe is known for designing her own evening wear, and it wouldn't surprise me if she came up with this white and aqua number herself.  I quite like it, actually - the waist embellishment adds some nice interest, and the shape is entirely appropriate for a lady of her position and age.

The jewelry, though - an aquamarine suite would have been better.  And the pearls look entirely out of place with the other pieces on show here.
