Exhibition of my work
Until the end of January, my local Library has an exhibition of my work, in total there are 17 pieces on show, a few from 2009 but most from 2010. I had only hung approx half of the drawings when I received a request to draw a visitors three cats, not a bad start!I hope this will help to get my name and art work out in the public domain,one of my new years resolutions was to try and move my art forward, so this is the first step. I'll post more info as the month progresses...
Meerkats is now completed, well I think it is I may add another one on the left hand side, but I will leave it for a day or so to decide, this has been great fun to draw, and I think I can say I now know how to draw a Meerkat... They all seem to have there own Character which is what I was aiming for when I started out. Drawn on A2 Mellotex paper, using just a 2H HB and 2B pencil, Blue tac and putty Eraser, the drawing itself measures approx 18 x 9 inches, no title at the moment, but I'm sure Ill
