Queen Sonja, stuck in the early 90s. This is a lady capable of fantastic tiara hair, but every hat she choses makes her look bald.
Queen Beatrix, stuck in the sixties. Hats of tremendous scale are required to fit over the gravity-defying barnet this queen hasn't changed in decades.
I'd say we should go about procuring a time machine to suddenly, and forcibly, bring these Majesties up to speed, but I fear the shock would collapse the populations of both Norway and Holland.
