Salman Khan gets relieve from the poaching case: Salman Khan is now a relieved man. On Monday, the Jodhpur bench of High Court gave the star, who is the main accused for killing a chinkara and blackbuck in 1998, permission to leave the country without informing it.
In April 2007, Salman spent six nights behind bars before the High Court released him on bail and suspended his five years of imprisonment in the poaching case. He was out on bail under the condition that he should inform the High Court in advance before leaving the country for whatsoever reason.
No more restrictions for Sallu. “The court while hearing our application has exempted Salman from the necessity of giving information prior to leaving the country,” Salman’s advocate tells a daily.
Salman is accused of killing two animals of endangered species - a chinkara and blackbuck - in the year 2008 when he was shooting in Rajasthan for Sooraj Bharjatya’s film Hum Saath Saath Hain. He was accused of poaching along with the stars of the film Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam.
